r , <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 117 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, that: <br /> 1. The property as described in O.R. Book 1533, at Pages 2739-2741 <br /> of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, was purchased for historic <br /> and environmental resource preservation; and <br /> 2. Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the <br /> following described lands, which were acquired from Hallstrom Properties, Inc., <br /> a Florida corporation, are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section <br /> 196.28, F.S. <br /> See attached Warranty Deed from Hallstrom <br /> Properties, Inc., a Florida corporation, to Indian <br /> River County describing lands, recorded in O.R. <br /> Book 1533 at Pages 2739-2741, Public Records of <br /> Indian River County, Florida. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br /> Adams , and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Gi nn , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Kenneth R.
