r` r <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 116 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, that: <br /> 1. The property as described in O.R. Book 1497, at Pages 1089-1090 <br /> and O.R. Book 1497, at Pages 1091-1092 of the Public Records of Indian River <br /> County, Florida, was purchased for historic preservation; and <br /> 2. Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the <br /> following described lands, which were acquired from The Trust for Public Land, <br /> a non-profit California corporation, are hereby cancelled pursuant to the <br /> authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br /> See attached Warranty Deed from The Trust for <br /> Public Land, a non-profit California corporation, <br /> to Indian River County describing lands, recorded <br /> in O.R. Book 1497 at Pages 1089-1090, Public <br /> Records of Indian River County, Florida, AND <br /> attached Quit-Claim Deed from The Trust for <br /> Public Land, a non-profit California corporation, <br /> to Indian River County describing lands, recorded <br /> in O.R. Book 1497 at Pages 1091-1092, Public <br /> Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br /> Adams and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Gi nn , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> 2 <br />
