RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 115 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, that: <br /> 1. The property as described in O.R. Book 1534, at Pages 561-562 <br /> and O.R. Book 1534, at Pages 559-560 of the Public Records of Indian River <br /> County, Florida, was purchased for environmental resource preservation; and <br /> 2. Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the <br /> following described lands, which were acquired from Thomas C. Harrington <br /> and St. Lucie Development Corporation, a Florida corporation are hereby <br /> cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br /> See attached Warranty Deed from Thomas C. <br /> Harrington to Indian River County describing <br /> lands recorded in O.R. Book 1534 at Pages 561- <br /> 562, Public Records of Indian River County, <br /> Florida, and attached Warranty Deed from St. <br /> Lucie Development Corporation, a Florida <br /> corporation to Indian River County describing <br /> lands recorded in O.R. Book 1534 at Pages 559- <br /> 560, Public Records of Indian River County, <br /> Florida. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br /> Adams , and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Gi nn , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> 2 <br />
