Scbmucker, of 2695 Whippoorwill Lane, Vero Beach, Florida, who says: <br />1. This affidavit is given pursuant to Florida Statues Chapter -112.313 <br />which provides standards of conduct for officers and employees of state <br />agencies, counties, cities and other political subdivision, legislators and <br />legislative employees. <br />2. That I am a duly elected County Commissioner of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and that in addition to ray duties as County Commissioner, I am a. <br />licensed professional engineer in Florida and engage in private practice as <br />a consulting engineer. -° <br />3. That I amthe president of TOTAL DEVELOBEET., INC., a Florida <br />Corporation in good standing which corporation has represented the clients, <br />Mr. Lowell Lohman and Mr. Irving Silverman, to request for second extension <br />of tentative approval of Seminole Shores Subdivision, for land described as <br />follows: The North 330 feet of Government Lot 4, Section 27 lying West of AIA <br />and the North 330 feet of Government Lot 4, Section 28 all in Township 33 S., <br />Range 40 E., all lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, containing <br />9.18 Acres more or less. <br />18. The decision for the extenstion of tentative approval for Seminole <br />Shores Subdivision will be referred to the Board of County Commissioners for <br />their action on said extension at which time the affiant proposes to abstain <br />from voting because of the above conflict of interest. <br />Sworn to and subscribed before me this 7?" day of <br />(.
