<br />Franchise, dated April 23, 1975,
<br />being an exclusive franchise for
<br />forty (40) years to Reimer
<br />Associates, incorporated, which
<br />franchise was to erect, construct,
<br />operate and maintain a sewer
<br />art of Indian
<br />RienotdvrCuny, and said amend-
<br />ment to said franchise Is to include
<br />adjacent land into said franchise

<br />FRANCHISE. HE STATED THAT PROPER NOTICE'HAS BEEN SENT BY REGISTERED
<br />MAIL TO ALL THOSE CONCERNED, AND SAID THEY SIMPLY WANT TO ADD ON A
