All right, title and interest of the County and the public in and to that certain right-of-way <br /> .tsQ being known more particularly as: <br /> SSS <br /> -r s Situated in the State of Florida,County of Indian River and being a part of Graves Addition <br /> to Wabasso subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2,Page 41 of the public records of Indian <br /> River County,Florida, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: <br /> f <br /> All of that 84`h Place,(5`h Street South-Plat)bounded on the north by the south line of Block <br /> 2,of said Graves Addition;bounded on the east by the ultimate westerly right-of-way line of <br /> U.S. Highway No. 1; bounded on the south by the north line of Block 3, of said Graves C) <br /> Z11- addition; bounded on the west by the ultimate easterly right-of-way line of Old Dixie -- <br /> ` Highway; containing 22,537 square feet more or less.
