RESOLUTION NO. 2002-029 <br /> SECTION 3. The Board of County Commissioners directs the Community <br /> Development Director to execute and submit the attached application to the Florida <br /> Department of Community Affairs for State approval. <br /> SECTION 4. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and directs the <br /> Community Development Director to submit additional information in a timely <br /> manner as may be required by the Florida Department of Community Affairs. <br /> SECTION 5. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the <br /> Community Development Director to sign any subsequent forms as needed for the <br /> CDBG application and project. <br /> SECTION 6. The Indian River County Comprehensive Plan is hereby <br /> adopted as the County's Community Development Plan. <br /> SECTION 7. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage. <br /> The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Macht , and seconded <br /> by Commissioner Ti ppi n _, and being put to vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman, Ruth M.
