<br />EDWIN S. SCHMUCKER. ABSENT WAS WILLIAM C. WODTKE, JR., WHO WAS OUT OF
<br />THE COUNTY AND EDWARD J. MASSEY, WHO WAS ON VACATION OUT OF THE STATE.
<br />ALSO PRESENT WERE JACK G. JENNINGS COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR; JACK HOCKMAN
<br />AND ELIZABETH FORLANI, DEPUTY CLERKS. PAUL D. BURCH, ATTORNEY TO THE
<br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WAS ABSENT DUE TO ILLNESS AND GEORGE G.
<br />COLLINS, JR., ATTORNEY SAT IN FOR HIM.
