RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 099 <br /> 7. September 20, 2001, shall be known, designated, and set aside, as Arlington <br /> County, Virginia, Day, in Indian River County, Florida, in honor and in memory of the <br /> victims of the terrorist attacks and to salute rescue workers who risk their own lives and <br /> safety to aid others. <br /> 8. September 21, 2001, shall be known, designated, and set aside, as Somerset <br /> County, Pennsylvania, Day, in Indian River County, Florida, in honor and in memory of <br /> the victims of the terrorist attacks and to salute rescue workers who risk their own lives <br /> and safety to aid others. <br /> 9. The Board of County Commissioners directs the Clerk to the Board to mail a <br /> certified copy of this resolution via certified mail to the National Association of Counties, <br /> and to each of the governing boards of New York City and New York County, New York, <br /> Arlington County, Virginia, and Somerset County, Pennsylvania. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br /> Adams and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Gi nn and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Caroline D.
