RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 033 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br /> SETTING FORTH THE SECTIONS OF CERTAIN COUNTY <br /> RESOLUTIONS THAT ARE SUPERSEDED BY ORDINANCE <br /> 2003-010. <br /> WHEREAS, Section 3 of Ordinance 2003-010 provides that such Ordinance <br /> would supersede parts of any resolution in conflict with such Ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to set forth the relevant <br /> parts of the specific resolutions that were superseded by operation of Ordinance 2003- <br /> 010; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Sections of the <br /> Resolutions superseded by Ordinance 2003-010 are set forth on Exhibit A, attached <br /> hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> This Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Neuberger , <br /> and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Gi nn and, upon <br /> being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br /> Vice Chairman Caroline D. Ginn Aye <br /> Commissioner Arthur R. Neuberger Aye <br /> Commissioner Thomas B. Lowther Aye <br /> Commissioner Fran B.
