THE FOLLOWING REPORTS WERE RECEIVED AND PLACED ON FILE IN <br />THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK: <br />WELFARE DEPARTMENT MONTHLY REPORT FOR SEPTEMBER, 1975 <br />AUDITOR GENERALS' AUDIT REPORT NUMBER 8548 FOR THE <br />CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT <br />ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS RECEIVED BY OCTOBER 15, 1975 <br />OF THE FOLLOWING: <br />PROPERTY APPRAISOR <br />TAX COLLECTOR <br />CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT <br />COUNTY SHERIFF <br />INSPECTION REPORT FOR COUNTY JAIL DATED 9-29-75 <br />GEORGE MCKENNA, ASSISTANT COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR, APPEARED <br />REGARDING THE COUNTY INSURANCE PROPOSAL FROM ARDEN INSURANCE SERVICE <br />WHICH WAS DISCUSSED EARLIER IN THE MEETING, AND INFORMED THE BOARD THAT <br />HE INVESTIGATED ITEM 21 - METAL GARAGE - 1609 41sT ST., WHICH HAD NO <br />PRESENT INSURANCE VALUE ON IT. THE PROPOSED VALUE WAS $103,000.00 FOR <br />THE BUILDING AND $25,000 FOR THE CONTENTS, THE BOARD QUESTIONED WHY <br />THERE mASNO PRESENT INSURED VALUE ON THIS BUILDING, <br />MR, MCKENNA STATED THAT HE CONTACTED MR, ARDEN, AND HE STATED <br />THAT HE HAD NO INFORMATION FROM LOUIS SCHLITT, THE PAST COUNTY INSURANCE <br />AGENT, REGARDING THIS BUILDING; MR, ARDEN STATED THAT THIS METAL BUILD- <br />ING IS NOW BEING INSURED AT $15.00 PER FOOT REPLACEMENT COST, <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT STATED THAT HE FEELS THE FIRST PRIORITY <br />FOR INVENTORY WOULD BE THOSE BUILDINGS THAT DO NOT HAVE CONTENT INSURANCE <br />AND THEN TO CONTINUE WITH THE OTHER BUILDINGS, <br />MR, MCKENNA STATED THAT HE FEELS ON ITEM 13 - STORAGE BUILDING, <br />1729 -17TH AVE., AND THE COUNTY JAIL, THE BUILDING CONTENTS ARE TOO LOW, <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT REPORTED TO THE BOARD THAT PAT FLOOD, <br />CITY OF SEBASTIAN COUNCILMAN, INFORMED HIM THAT THE SEBASTIAN CITY COUNCIL <br />HAS BEEN WORKING ON A RECREATION PROGRAM FOR THE NORTH END OF THE COUNTY. <br />HE CONTINUED THAT SEBASTIAN HAS $30,000.00 IN THEIR BUDGET FOR RECREATION, <br />WHICH THE RESIDENTS OF SEBASTIAN FEEL HAS A HIGH PRIORITY, THEY HAVE <br />BEEN OFFERED FOUR ACRES OF LAND AND ARE•ALSO CONSIDERING THE BALL PARK <br />PROPERTY IN FELLSMERE FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES. <br />51 <br />OCT 221s75 <br />Pm 2 <br />PAII 85 <br />
