O'Brien, Assistant to the County Attorney <br />DATE: May 8, 2003 <br />SUBJECT: Agenda Item 7-R (BCC 5/6/03) — Resolution No. 2003-052 <br />The subject agenda item was a request to extend the contract for the construction of and <br />accept security for remaining improvements for the Seasons Planned Development. The <br />item also contained a resolution authorizing staff to call the existing Letter of Credit in the <br />event a new Letter of Credit or an extension of the existing Letter of Credit was not <br />received before the expiration of the original Letter of Credit. <br />A satisfactory extension of the original Letter of Credit has been received; therefore, the <br />resolution is moot. It is suggested that this memorandum be associated with the original <br />of Resolution No. 2003-052. <br />TPO/Ik <br />cc: Board of County Commissioners <br />James E.
