AMENDMENT <br />THIS AMENDMENT Made and entered into this 5th day of <br />November , 1975, by and between THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter <br />referred to as "Board" and ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES COUNCIL OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter called "E.O.C.". <br />WHEREAS, on the 10th day of January, 1973 the Board <br />and E.O.C. entered into an Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to amend said <br />Agreement entered into on the 10th day of January, 1973. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree to amend <br />that said Agreement by deleting Paragraph 11 of said Agreement <br />and substituting the following: <br />"11.
