NOV 51975 <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />RESOLUTION No. 75-70 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 160 <br />A JOINT RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR COOPERATION <br />BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE <br />TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES, FLORIDA, IN THE <br />PROCUREMENT, OPERATION AND REGULATION OF A <br />PUBLIC PARK WITHIN THE TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER <br />SHORES, FLORIDA <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />+: County, Florida, and the Town Council of the Town of Indian River Shores, <br />Florida, desire to cooperate to the fullest extent in the procurement and <br />development of a public park at the Vero Beach Tracking Station property <br />located within the Town of Indian River Shores, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, both parties agree to fully comply with all regulations <br />promulgated by every governmental agency; and <br />WHEREAS, both parties agree that title to said property shall be <br />taken in the name of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County, Florida, agrees to maintain said <br />park in the highest standards in compliance with all existing ordinances of the <br />Town of Indian River Shores, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, and the Town Council of the <br />Town of Indian River Shores, Florida, do hereby agree to cooperate in the <br />development of a public park at the site of the Vero Beach Tracking Station. <br />m <br />1, the undersigned Town Clerk of the Town of Indian River Shores, <br />Florida, certify the foregoing to be a true copy of a Resolution duly adopted <br />by the Town Council of said Town at a meeting held on the 3rd day of <br />November, 1975. <br />SHARP, JOHNSTON & BROWN, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA <br />an o24 NAr f 104 <br />
