WOULD HAVE TO ELIMINATE THE NON -CONFORMING USES, <br />MR{ BERG INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THIS PARCEL OF PROPERTY IS LESS <br />THAN 20 ACRES, IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE IT STATES THAT R-1MP MOBILE HOME <br />PARK DISTRICT MUST HAVE 20 ACRES OR MORE, AND A VARIANCE TO WAIVE THAT RE- <br />QUIREMENT WAS PRESENTED TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT WHO GRANTED THIS REQUEST, <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO SPEAK, AND THOMAS <br />EALY APPEARED AND STATED HE WAS IN FAVOR OF THIS REZONING,. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER IASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, TO APPROVE A ZONING CHANGE OF THE UNRECORDED JOHN MASSEY SUBDIVI- <br />SION FROM C-1 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND R-1 SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT TO R-1!IP <br />MOBILE HOME PARK DISTRICT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LOTS 11 AND 12 AND THAT <br />PORTION OF PROPERTY THAT ABUTS WABASSO ROAD. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE ASKED IF THE OWNER OF LOTS 11 AND 12 IS AWARE <br />THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THEIR TRAILERS, WHICH ARE NONCONFORMING, IN <br />ORDER TO EXPAND THEIR BUSINESS, <br />DEWEY WALKER, ZONING DIRECTOR, STATED THAT THIS WAS DISCUSSED WITH <br />THEM, AND THEY UNDERSTAND, <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE MOTION: THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED <br />THE MOTION, AND IT WAS CARRIED. <br />- 17 - <br />NOV 1 9 1975 <br />ran ? . i'VA149 <br />
