AT THE NOVEMBER 5TH, 1975 MEETING A PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST <br />FORREZONINGBY JOSEPH FINK, JR. WAS CONTINUED UNTIL THIS MEETING AT 2:00 <br />O'CLOCK P.M. <br />DEWEY WALKER, ZONING DIRECTOR RECEIVED A LETTER FROM JOSEPH FINK <br />•REQUESTING THAT HIS REZONING APPLICATION BE GIVEN NO FURTHER CONSIDERATION <br />AT THIS TIME. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />WODTKE, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED THAT UPON THE REQUEST OF THE <br />APPLICANT CONSIDERATION OF REQUEST FOR .REZONING BY JOSEPH FINK, JR. BE <br />TERMINATED WITH NO ACTION TAKEN. <br />AT THE LAST MEETING COMMISSIONER WODTKE DISCUSSED THE VARIOUS <br />LOCATIONS FOR OFFICE SPACE AVAILABLE THAT COULD ACCOMMODATE THE PLANNING <br />AND POSSIBLY ZONING DEPARTMENTS. HE WAS INSTRUCTED BY THE BOARD TO GET <br />INFORMATION REGARDING THE POCAHONTAS BUILDING, AS OFFICE SPACE OCCUPIED <br />BY TITLE SECURITY COMPANY IS BEING VACATED. IT WAS FOUND THAT PETITIONS <br />WOULD HAVE TO BE MOVED AND IT WOULD HAVE TO BE PAINTED. THE RENT IS <br />$461.00 PER MONTH. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE CONTINUED THAT MR. BRENNAN HAS INDICATED THAT <br />BECAUSE OF THE THREE PROJECTS HIS DEPARTMENT IS WORKING ON, IT WOULD NOT BE <br />FEASIBLE FOR HIM TO MAKE A MOVE UNTIL FEBRUARY 1976. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE ALSO STATED THAT HE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM <br />THE OWNERS OF THE PLAZA BUILDING REFERRING TO THE BOARD'S CONVERSATION OF <br />NOVEMBER 19TH AND THEY HAVE PROPOSED SOME CHANGES. THEY WILL EITHER LEASE <br />TWO OR THREE BAY AREAS FOR THREE YEAR TERM AND TAKE CARE OF THE INTER - <br />PETITIONS AND CARPETING AT NO COST TO THE COUNTY AND ONE FREE MONTH'S <br />RENT THE FIRST AND SECOND YEAR. THE RENT PERIOD WILL NOT TAKE EFFECT UNTIL <br />THE COUNTY HAS MOVED IN. EACH BAY -HAS APPROXIMATELY 1100 SQUARE FEET OF <br />SPACE. <br />DEC 31975 <br />IN ADDITION TO THE OFFICES DISCUSSED AT THE LAST MEETING COM- <br />MISSIONER WODTKE STATED THAT THE BOARD HAS RECEIVED NOTICE THAT THE SCHLITT <br />BUILDING HAS AVAILABLE OFFICE SPACE, BUT THIS SPACE IN IN NEED OF REPAIR AND <br />PETITIONS MOVED; FLIP LLOYD'S BUILDING ALSO HAS OFFICE SPACE AND HE IS <br />REQUESTING A FIVE YEAR LEASE AND REPAIRS DONE BY THE COUNTY. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE STATED THAT IF THIS OFFICE SPACE IS TO BE FOR <br />DEPARTMENTS OTHER THAN PLANNING THEN LOCATION WOULD BE IMPORTANT. THE <br />BOARD NEEDS TO DECIDE WHAT DEPARTMENTS ARE BEING CONSIDERED FOR THIS OFFICE <br />SPACE.` <br />22 <br />Wt. 4 PArt 48 <br />
