RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 032 <br />costs, to be placed upon the real property of the owners of the unsafe structures <br />as listed in the attached Condemnation List, any such liens bearing interest at <br />the rate of five and three-fourths percent (5 3/4%) per annum from the date the <br />lien is recorded in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, until such <br />time as the lien, including interest, is paid. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lowther and seconded by Commissioner Neuberger , and, <br />upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Caroline D. Ginn, Chairman Aye <br />Arthur R. Neuberger, Vice Chairman Aye <br />Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Thomas S. Lowther Aye <br />Kenneth R.
