RESOLUTION NO. 2007- 091 <br />costs, to be placed upon the real property of the owners of the unsafe structures <br />as listed in the attached Condemnation List, any such liens bearing interest at the <br />rate of eight and one-quarter percent (8.25%) per annum from the date the lien is <br />recorded in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, until such time as <br />the lien, including interest, is paid. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Davi s and seconded by Commissioner Fl escher , and, <br />upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Gary C.
