RESOLUTION 2001-002 <br /> Ruth M. Stanbridge <br /> Vice Chairman <br /> J��Zjtet� 12 <br /> A <br /> 62a <br /> Facsimile <br /> 4. Resolution 2000-01 of the Indian River County Board of County <br /> Commissioners is hereby rescinded. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above named signatories are <br /> hereby authorized to execute any and all signature cards and agreements as <br /> requested by the respective banking institutions designated as official <br /> depositories by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of facsimile signatures is as <br /> authorized by Section 116.34, Florida Statutes (2000), the "Uniform Facsimile <br /> Signature of Public Officials Act." <br /> The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br /> Adams and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Stanbridge , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman, Caroline D.
