RESOLUTION NO. 2004-074 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, DISSOLVING THE INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY GROWTH TASK FORCE. <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 2004-037 established the Indian River County Growth <br />Task Force; and <br />WHEREAS, the Task Force was given the duty to identify issues of concern to <br />the community related to growth and development and to make recommendations to <br />the Board to address all issues identified; and <br />WHEREAS, the Growth Task Force has presented its report to the Board of <br />County Commissioners and that report was accepted at the Commission meeting of <br />July 6, 2004; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board has not given the Growth Task Force any further duties <br />and the Task Force has completed its mission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board wishes to express its deepest appreciation to Dr. David <br />Sullivan, Facilitator of the Task Force and all Task Force members for all of their hard <br />work and dedication to the job assigned to them. The Board also applauds the effort of <br />County staff who has coordinated and attended the meetings <br />WHEREAS, the Growth Task Force has no further duties to perform at this time, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The Indian River County Growth Task Force is hereby dissolved. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Macht , and, upon <br />being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Caroline D.
