'RESOLUTION 2002-085 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY, FLORIDA, DISSOLVING THE <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC/PRIVATE TASK FORCE AND <br /> DISCHARGING ITS MEMBERS. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 103.04, The Code of Indian River County <br /> (Ordinance 90-20), the executive aide to the Board of County Commissioners keeps a <br /> current list of all advisory board resolutions with a current roster of their membership; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Economic Development Council Public/Private Task Force was <br /> formed by Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. 2001-065; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Economic Development Council Public/Private Task Force has <br /> completed its assignment, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br /> Florida,that the Economic Development Council Public/Private Task Force established by <br /> Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. 2001-065 be and is hereby dissolved, and <br /> the members of the Economic Development Council Public/Private Task Force are hereby <br /> discharged of their duties in connection therewith. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , <br /> and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Gi nn and, upon <br /> being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Ruth M.
