s <br />S <br />RESOLUTION 2003- 099 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, DISSOLVING <br />THE ROSELAND NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN <br />TASK FORCE AND DISCHARGING ITS <br />MEMBERS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 103.04, the Code of Indian River County <br />(Ordinance 90-20), the executive aide to the Board of County Commissioners keeps a <br />current list of all advisory board resolutions with a current roster of their membership; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseland Neighborhood Plan Task Force was formed by Board <br />of County Commissioners Resolution No. 2001-50 and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseland Neighborhood Plan Task Force has completed its <br />assignment, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that the Roseland Neighborhood Plan Task Force established by Board <br />of County Commissioners Resolution No. 2001-50 is hereby dissolved and the members <br />of the Roseland Neighborhood Plan Task Force are hereby discharged of their duties in <br />connection therewith. <br />The Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Neuberger , and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Caroline D Ginn Aye <br />Commissioner Thomas S Lowther Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B Adams Aye <br />Commissioner Arthur R. Neuberger Aye <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this <br />9th day ofSeptember , 2003. <br />
