REMSE <br />In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable <br />considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by MID FLORIDA <br />UTILITIES, INC., a Florida Corporation, it is agreed as follows: <br />1. That MID FLORIDA UTILITIES, INC., a Florida Corporation, does <br />herewith and hereby release the following described property to-4dt: <br />Attached Exhibit A & B <br />from the jurisdiction and boundaries of the Rock Ridge Water and Sewer <br />Franchise to the same extent as though said property had never been <br />included within the boundaries of said water and sanitary sewer franchise <br />and further MID FLORIDA UTILITIES, INC., a Florida Corporation, does <br />hereby release, discharge and waive any further right, rights under said <br />franchise to furnish water and sewer services to the hereinbefore <br />described property. <br />2. That the release of the hereinbefore described property from said <br />i <br />franchise is expressly conditioned upon the following: <br />-a- That within a period of one (1) year from June 6, 1975, <br />Chauncey R. Hatch, Jr., or his successor in title, shall commence construction <br />ofawater plant and a sewage treatment plant to serve the above described <br />property. <br />b- That Chauncey R. Hatch, Jr. will provide water and sewer service for. <br />said property and the improvements thereon. <br />3. That in the event that all of the conditions provided in subparagraphs -a- <br />and b- of Paragraph 2 above are not fully mat within the period of time <br />specified therein, then this release shall become null and void and of no <br />effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has caused these presents to be executed in <br />its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper <br />officers thereunto duly authorized this 21st day of _ November , 1975• <br />JAN 7 I 76 eoo 21, 4Ja1 <br />
