V <br />JAN 711976 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76- 1 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-66 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida has on October 8, 1975 adopted Resolution No <br />75-66 known as the "Customer Service, Inc. Water and Sewer <br />Franchise," granting a water and sewer franchise to Customer <br />Service, Inc., a Florida Corporation for servicing the following <br />territory: <br />The West 10.34 acres of Tract 3, and all of Tract 6, <br />except the South 10 acres of the East 20 acres of said <br />Tract 6, Section 14, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, <br />according to the last general plat of lands of the <br />Indian River Farms Company, filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida <br />in Plat Book 2, page 25; said land now lying and being <br />in Indian River County, Florida, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Fldrida, has received a request in writing from <br />Customer Service, Inc. for the enlargement of the territorial <br />service area of the "Customer Service, Inc. Water and Sewer <br />Franchise" so that it will include adjoining real property which <br />is more fully described below, and <br />WHEREAS, the Boand finds that the request of Customer <br />Service, Inc., together with the other information pertaining to <br />the enlargement of the service area to be feasible and in the <br />public interest, and that the "Customer Service, Inc. Water and <br />Sewer Franchise" territory should be enlarged, <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida: <br />1. There is hereby established a "Customer Service, <br />Inc. Water and Sewer Franchise" granting a sewer and water <br />franchise to Customer Service, Inc., a Florida Corporation, <br />for servicing the territory more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />�flQ� 24' 41-.6 <br />IP <br />I <br />
