ARTICLE XIII <br />Subservience to Facility Lease Agreement <br />Section 13.01. Subservience to Facility Lease Agreement. This Agreement, being a <br />sublease under the Facility Lease Agreement, is and at all times shall remain subject, subservient <br />and subordinate to the terms and conditions of the Facility Lease Agreement. In the event of any <br />conflict whatsoever between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and <br />conditions of the Facility Lease Agreement, the terms of the Facility Lease Agreement shall <br />supersede, govern over, and control the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Dodgers and <br />the City shall not do or permit to be done any act or thing which will constitute a breach or <br />violation of any of the terms, covenants, conditions, or provisions of the Facility Lease <br />Agreement <br />Section 13.02 Assumption by the County. In the event that the Facility Lease <br />Agreement expires or is terminated before this Agreement expires or is terminated, the County <br />shall assume all of the rights and obligations of Dodgers under this Agreement and the City shall <br />be entitled to continue to occupy and use the Parking Property in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions hereof until this Agreement expires or is terminated. <br />[signatures on next page] <br />Page 17 of 21 <br />
