Whenever the County obtains knowledge of the occurrence of a significant event described <br /> in this Section 3, the County shall as soon as possible determine if such event would be material <br /> under applicable federal securities law to holders of Series 2001 Bonds, provided, that any event <br /> under clauses (D), (E), (F), (K) or(L) above will always be deemed to be material. <br /> SECTION 4.
