F ' I <br /> to Chapter 212,Part I,Florida Statutes,shall be deposited in monthly installments into the <br /> State General Revenue Fund. <br /> (2) State Solid Waste Management Trust Fund: Two-tenths of one percent (0.2%) of all <br /> other taxes and fees imposed pursuant to Chapter 212,Part 1,Florida Statutes, shall be <br /> deposited into the State Solid Waste Management Trust Fund. <br /> (3) State Local Government Half-Cent Sales Tax Clearing Trust Fund: After the distributions <br /> in(1)and(2)above, 9.653%of the amount remitted by a sales tax dealer located within <br /> a participating county pursuant to Section 218.61, Florida Statutes, shall be transferred <br /> into the State Local Government Half-Cent Sales Tax Clearing Trust Fund. <br /> (4) State Local Government Half-Cent Sales Tax Clearing Trust Fund: After the distributions <br /> in(1),(2)and(3)above,0.065%shall be transferred to the State Local Government Half- <br /> Cent Sales Tax Clearing Trust Fund and distributed pursuant to Section 218.65,Florida <br /> Statutes. <br /> (5) State Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Counties: Beginning July 1, 2000, after the <br /> distributions in(1), (2), (3)and(4)above,2.25%shall be transferred monthly to the State <br /> Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Counties pursuant to Section 218.215, Florida Statutes. <br /> (6) State Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Municipalities: Beginning July 1, 2000, after the <br /> distributions in(1), (2), (3) and (4) above, 1.0715% shall be transferred monthly to the <br /> State Revenue Sharing Trust Fund forMunicipalities pursuant to Section 218.215,Florida <br /> Statutes. If the total revenue to be distributed pursuant to this subparagraph is at least as <br /> great as the amount due from the State Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Municipalities and <br /> the Municipal Financial Assistance Trust Fund in state fiscal year 1999-2000, no <br /> municipality shall receive less than the amount due from the State Revenue Sharing Trust <br /> Fund for Municipalities and the Municipal Financial Assistance Trust Fund in state fiscal <br /> year 1999-2000. If the total proceeds to be distributed are less than the amount received <br /> in combination from the State Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Municipalities and the <br /> Municipal Financial Assistance Trust Fund in state fiscal year 1999-2000, each <br /> municipality shall receive an amount proportionate to the amount it was due in state fiscal <br /> year 1999-2000. <br /> (7) Pari-Mutuel Revenues Replacement Program Beginning July 1,2000,and in each fiscal <br /> year thereafter,of the remaining proceeds,the sum of$29,915,500 shall be divided into <br /> as many equal parts as there are counties in the state,and one part shall be distributed to <br /> each county. The distribution among the several counties shall begin each fiscal year on <br /> or before January 5h and shall continue monthly for a total of 4 months.
