CHRISTOPHER HARBOR <br /> SUBDIVISION <br /> WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 10, <br /> Replat of St. Christopher Harbor Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br /> River County,Florida that: <br /> Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in <br /> the following described easement(s): <br /> the south twenty(20)foot drainage and utility easement ofLot 10,Replat of St. Christopher <br /> Harbor, less and except any portion of the east and west three-foot utility easements of said Lot 10, <br /> in accordance with the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page S of the Public Records of Indian <br /> River County, Florida. <br /> This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br /> Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br /> JOSE F.
