RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 120 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING <br /> A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 5 OF THE RIVER BOAT CLUB <br /> SUBDIVISION <br /> WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a drain pipe easement on Lot 5 of The River <br /> Boat Club Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS,the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br /> purpose; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br /> River County, Florida that: <br /> Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right,title, and interest that it may have in <br /> the following described easement portion: <br /> the east two and one-half feet of the west five foot drain pipe easement of Lot S, The River Boat <br /> Club Subdivision, less and except any portion of the rear yard ten foot conservation easement on said <br /> Lot, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 39 &39A of the Public Records of <br /> Indian River County, Florida. <br /> This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County,a political subdivision of the <br /> State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,Vero Beach,Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br /> ROBERT L. WEBSTER&DENISE R.WEBSTER <br /> CO-TRUSTEES OF THE DENISE R.WEBSTER REVOCABLE TRUST <br /> 5306 SW 120TH AVE <br /> COOPER CITY, FL 33330 <br /> their successors in interest,heirs and assigns, as Grantee. <br /> THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowden , seconded by <br /> Commissioner Davis , and adopted on the 12th day of <br /> September 2006, by the following vote: <br /> Chairman Arthur R.Neuberger AVP <br /> Vice Chairman Gary C.
