VAL BRENNAN, PLANNING DIRECTOR, INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THE <br />ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDS.GRANTING THIS REQUEST, AND NOTED THAT THE <br />CHURCH ON THE CORNER WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS REZONING. <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY NOTED THAT THEY WERE ASKING TO REZONE ONE <br />LOT THAT THEY DON'T OWN, <br />MR. HENDERSON ANSWERED THAT THEY HAVE AUTHORIZATION FROM THE OWNER <br />TO ASK FOR THIS CHANGE, <br />SETBACKS WERE DISCUSSED, AND VAL BRENNAN POINTED OUT THAT THIS <br />WOULD NOT REQUIRE SITE PLAN APPROVAL, WHICH FACT CAUSED FURTHER DISCUSSION. <br />MR. HENDERSON STATED THAT HIS CLIENT MAY NOT USE THE ENTIRE PROP- <br />ERTY FOR HIS PLANT BUT MAY USE SOME FOR WAREHOUSING AND REMARKED THAT LM -1 <br />DID HAVE LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYONE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO <br />WISHED TO BE HEARD.
