JAR 211976 <br />e <br />ORDINANCE NO. 76-3 <br />AMENDMENT TO INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />'. ORDINANCE NO. 71-3 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend- <br />ed changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing <br />in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />Now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIO'NERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be <br />amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />property owned by individuals in the Cadenhead Subdivision, situate in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 4, 5, 6&7, in Section 1 and Lots 4 and 5, in Section <br />2, CADENHEAD UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION, situate <br />in Indian River County, Florida, <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District, to R-1 Single <br />Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT January 21, 1976 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By: <br />r <br />: <br />iIlar4,V.
