RESOLUTION NO. 2006 - 121 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 21, THE FALLS AT GRAND HARBOR <br />PLAT 29 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 21 <br />of The Falls at Grand Harbor Plat 29; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in <br />the following described easement portion: <br />the southerly three feet of the northerly seven and one-half foot drainage and utility easement of <br />Lot 21, The Falls at Grand Harbor Plat 29, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Page <br />53 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />GH VERO BEACH DEVELOPMENT LLC <br />C/O GRAND HARBOR MANAGEMENT <br />3755 37TH TERRACE, #304 <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32960 <br />its successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowden <br />Commissioner Davi s , and adopted on the 12th day of <br />September 2006, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Arthur R.
