ori`gfrial //i tC// �L� 2ecic k <br />�(1� <br />1'U r d i S7 Yi be t i Rq TO GZ�?Q �tC'Q JCx, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006 - 161 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />PORTIONS OF EASEMENTS ON LOTS 33 AND 34 OF PRESERVATION POINTES <br />PHASE II (TIMBER RIDGE PRD) <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in drainage easements on Lots 33 and 34 of <br />Preservation Pointes Phase II of Timber Ridge Planned Residential Development (PRD); and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of portions of those easements, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in <br />the following described easement portions: <br />the southerly two feet of the northerly five foot side yard drainage easement of Lot 33, and the <br />northerly two feet of the southerly five foot side yard drainage easement of Lot 34, less and except any <br />portion of the easterly ten foot rear yard conservation easement of said Lots, Preservation Pointes Phase <br />II, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 41 & 41-A of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />This partial release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowden , seconded by <br />Commissioner .
