J <br />, <br />9 <br />u <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT IF THE BOARD WOULD LIKE TO AUTHORIZE <br />A PUBLIC HEARING HE HAS NO OBJECTIONS, <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT REQUESTED MR, BOGOSIAN-TO INVESTIGATE WHAT THE <br />ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS WILL BE, <br />MR. BOGOSIAN STATED THAT HE WILL GO TO ALL AGENCIES TO FIND OUT <br />EXACTLY WHAT IT WILL COST THE COUNTY. <br />COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER STATED THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THAT <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS MEET WITH FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT OFFICIALS BEFORE THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING. <br />A MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED ADVERTISEMENT FOR A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON LUARELWOOD SUBDIVISION TAXING DISTRICT, SUBJECT TO THE DATE BEIN G <br />APPROVED BY THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR. <br />THE BOARD DISCUSSED LAURELWOOD HOMES' BOND ESCROW AGREEMENT <br />AND FINAL PLAT APPROVAL. <br />THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT THE ORIGINAL PLAT HAS BEEN <br />COMPLETED AND HE RECOMMENDS FINAL PLAT APPROVAL AND HE HAS NO OBJECTION <br />TO THE FILING OF A BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,500,00. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF LAURELWOOD SUBDIVISION, <br />UNIT 1 AS SUBMITTED AND RECOMMENDED BY THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ACCEPTED THE ESCROW AGREEMENT FROM LAUREL HOMES, INC.. <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,500.00 AS RECOMMENDED BY THE COUNTY ATTORNEY AND <br />AUTHORIZED THE SIGNATURE OF THE CHAIRMAN, <br />22 <br />FEB 41976 nai '25 4u cF 31 <br />
