RESOLUTION NO. 2008-047 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING <br />DEMOLITION INSPECTION AND RE- INSPECTION FEES <br />PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303.33 and 303.35 OF THE INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY CODE, <br />Whereas, following a duly noticed public hearing held on April 29, 2008, the Indian River <br />County Board of County Commissioners ("Board") adopted Ordinance No. 2008-011 , to amend <br />Section 303.33 and 303.35 of the Indian River County Code, to allow inspection fees for demolition <br />approval to be set by Resolution of the Board, and <br />Whereas, the Board desires to establish the required inspection and Re -Inspection fees, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA: <br />A. The Board hereby establishes the following fees for demolition inspection - <br />1 . <br />nspection: <br />1. Single Family Residence - $75 <br />2. Commercial Structures, less than or equal to <br />3,000 square feet, including multi -family - $100 <br />3. Commercial Structures over 3000 square feet - $150 <br />4. Re -inspection Fee - $50 <br />B. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption. <br />The Resolution was moved for adoption by CommissionerPeter D. 0' Bryan, and the motion <br />was seconded by CommissionerJoseph E.
