TRI -PARTITE RECREATION AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into the 18th day of February , <br />1976, by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, CITY OF FELLSMERE AND <br />CITY OF SEBASTIAN; <br />.WHEREAS, the CITIES OF FELLSMERE and SEBASTIAN have requested <br />the COUNTY for funds to improve recreational facilities located <br />on the following described properties: <br />WASHINGTON PARK, City of Fellsmere <br />Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, Block 97, TOWN OF FELLSMERE, <br />according to the Plat filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, <br />in Plat Book 2, pages 3 and 4; said land now lying <br />and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />CITY OF SEBASTIAN ------------- 4.081 acres <br />SUBDIVISION UNIT 16, TRACT N. <br />SEBASTIAN COMMUNITY CENTER <br />OCEAN BREEZE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, Lots 1 - 8 , inclusive, <br />Block 2 <br />SEBASTIAN Little League Field located on Main Street, <br />Sebastian <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the COUNTY is willing to allocate Seven Thousand 1 <br />Six Hundred Dollars ($7,600.00) of Revenue Sharing Funds for the <br />purpose of improving the facilities and equipment used by the <br />Muncipalities on the properties described; and <br />WHEREAS, all parties agree that the monies allocated shall <br />be under the control of the COUNTY Administrator to be disbursed <br />in his discretion based on a plan submitted by the NORTH COUNTY <br />RECREATION COMMITTEE; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. INDIAN RIVER COUNTY shall allocate Seven Thousand <br />Six Hundred Dollars ($7,600.00) from Revenue Sharing Funds for <br />the purpose of improving the recreation facilities and equipment <br />in the Recreation Areas described above. <br />2.
