<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
<br />that the Board of County Com-
<br />missionersof Indian River County,
<br />Florida will hold a public hearing
<br />on March 10, 1976, at 10:00 o'clock
<br />A.M. at the Indian River County,
<br />Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida,
<br />to consider the adoption of an
<br />Ordiance creating the Laurel wood,
<br />Unit 1 Subdivision Municipal
<br />Service Unit for Street Lights,
<br />which Ordinance shall establish
<br />boundaries, provide for govern-
<br />mental organization; jurisdiction;
<br />powers, purposes and privileges;
<br />provide for the adoption of an
<br />annual budget; provide for special
<br />assessments; provide for a
<br />miliage levy; and provide for an
<br />effective date.

<br />ENGINEER, APPEARED TO MAKE THE PRESENTATION,
<br />NIR. BOGOSIAN STATED THAT HE HAD SENT ATTORNEY COLLINS COPIES
<br />OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN LAUREL HOMES, INC. AND FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT
<br />COMPANY, TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF A STREET LIGHTING RATE SCHEDULE USED
<br />BY FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, HE CONTINUED THAT HE HAD DISCUSSED
<br />THIS MATTER WITH BOTH THE TAX COLLECTOR AND THE PROPERTY APPRAISER;
<br />AND MR. FLETCHER DID NOT SEEM TO THINK THE PROPOSAL PRESENTED ANY
<br />PROBLEMS FOR HIS DEPARTMENT BUT HE DID NOT PRESENT ANY PARTICULAR VIEW
<br />ON IT, ONLY THAT HE IS PREPARED TO COOPERATE WITH THE BOARD UPON ANY
<br />DECISION IT MAKES,
<br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT STATED TRAT HE HAD JUST RECEIVED A LETTER
<br />FROM GENE ,MORRIS, TAX COLLECTOR, THIS MORNING IN WHICH HE QUESTIONED
