MAR 1019 6 <br />DANA HOWARD NEXT APPEARED REQUESTING FINAL APPROVAL OF QUAIL <br />RUN SUBDIVISION. HE INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THE CITY HAD APPROVED IT, <br />BUT THE PLAT HAD NOT BEEN SIGNED BY THE CITY CLERK DUE TO HIS ABSENCE <br />CAUSED BY ILLNESS, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, CHAIRMAN SIEBERT AND COMMISSIONER Loy VOTED IN FAVOR, THE BOARD <br />GRANTED FINAL APPROVAL OF QUAIL RUN SUBDIVISION SUBJECT TO THE SIGNATURE OF <br />THE CITY CLERK, <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT ASKED GEORGE STOKES TO COME FORWARD. HE <br />STATED THAT MR. STOKES HAS SERVED FAITHFULLY AS VETERANS SERVICE OFFICER <br />FOR MANY YEARS AND HAS NOW FOUND IT NECESSARY TO RETIRE. HE THEN <br />READ RESOLUTION N0. 76-13 THANKING MR.
