RESOLUTION NO. 76-16 <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida is constructing a Youthful <br />First Offender Facility in Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, access to the Youthful First Offender Facility <br />is in part over land within the Indian River Farms Water <br />Management District; and <br />WHEREAS., the access road constructed for the Facilitj <br />shall be turned over to Indian River County for maintenance; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County requests the Indian River <br />Farms Management District to grant an Easement to Indian <br />River County over property described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 25, <br />Township 33 South, Range 38 East run North 890 31' 36" <br />West, 50.00 feet on the South boundary line of said <br />Section 25 to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING on the West <br />right-of-way line of the Indian River Farms Drainage <br />District as such right-of-way is indicated on the last <br />known plat of the Indian River Farms Company filed in <br />Plat Book 2, page 25 public records of St. Lucie County, <br />Florida (now Indian River County); <br />thence, run North 00 28' 24" East, 5324.17 feet on the <br />West boundary of said right-of-way to the North boundary <br />of said Section 25; <br />thence, run South 890 301 06" East, 15.20 feet on the <br />North line of Section 25; <br />thence, run South 0° 321 38" West, 5324.17 feet to the <br />South line of Section 25; <br />thence, run North 890 311 36" West, 8.65 feet to the <br />True Point of Beginning. <br />Said land containing 1.457 acres, and being situate <br />in the County of Indian River, State of Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that upon <br />the Indian River Farms Water Management District granting <br />the Easement as requested herein, and the State of Florida <br />constructing the access road as per approved plans, that <br />DA i ' Q <br />11 <br />
