Section 2: The Board of County Commissioners does hereby state its intention to amend <br />the Indian River County Comprehensive Plan in accordance with the recommendations <br />contained in the Evaluation and Appraisal Report. <br />Section 3: The Board of County Commissioners does hereby direct staff to transmit the <br />Evaluation and Appraisal Report to the Department of Community Affairs for the <br />purpose of a sufficiency review in accordance with Section 163.3191, Florida Statutes. <br />Section 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage. <br />Section 5: All Resolutions and parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith are repealed. <br />The forgoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Wheeler seconded by <br />Commissioner 0' Bryan and being put to vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Wesley S.
