BEINDORF STATED THAT THE MOPTHLY OPERATING REPORTS ARE <br />DONE AND SIGNED BY A CERTIFIED OPERATOR OF INDIAN RIVER UTILITIES, LOWELL <br />LOHMAN'S GROUP. - <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT ASKED WHAT WAS THE CAPACITY OF THE PRESENT <br />SYSTEM WHEN IT WAS ORIGINALLY DEVELOPED? <br />MR, BEINDORF SAID THAT THE ORIGINAL PLANS WERE FOR A 95,000 <br />GALLON—A—DAY PLANT, AND THEY ARE RIGHT NOW AT 90,000 TO 95,000 GALLONS PER <br />DAY, THE PROPOSED PLANT IS A 100,000 GALLON—A—DAY PLANT.` <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT STATED THAT THERE HAS BEEN CRITICISM THAT THE <br />of <br />ORIGINAL PLANT WAS NOT LARGE ENOUGH TO TAKE CARE OF EASTVIEW GARDENS <br />AS WELL AS IXORA PARK. <br />NATE TANEN INFORMED THE BOARD THAT WHEN THE PLANT WAS ORIGINALLY <br />r <br />DESIGNED THE AREA THAT IS NOW EASTVIEW GARDENS WAS INCORPORATED. IXORA <br />PARK WAS INCORPORATED PIECE MEAL, AND WHEN THEY WENT ACROSS THE STREET, <br />THEY NAMED IT EASTVIEW GARDENS, BUT IT WAS ORIGINALLY PLANNED FOR ALL. x <br />33 <br />
