COLLINS, JR., ATTORNEY TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; <br />.JACK HOCKMAN, FINANCE OFFICER, AND VIRGINIA HARGREAVES, DEPUTY CLERK. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER. <br />COMMISSIONER LOY LED THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG, AND <br />REVEREND .JILES B. LUNSFORD OF FOREST PARK BAPTIST CHURCH GAVE THE I.NVOCA— <br />TIONs <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO <br />THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF MARCH 24, 1976. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE REQUESTED THAT ON PAGE 1, 9TH PARAGRAPH, <br />"DR. PAULINE CALLOWAY, DISTRICT AGENT" BE CHANGED TO READ "DR. PAULINE <br />CALLOWAY, SUPERVISOR OF THE UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA EXTENSION SERVICE." <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE REQUESTED THAT PAGE 45, PARAGRAPH 2, THE <br />WORD "SELL" BE CORRECTED TO READ "WELL," AND THAT IN THE SAME PARAGRAPH <br />"CHAIRMAN LOY" BE CORRECTED TO "COMMISSIONER LOY." <br />COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER REQUESTED THAT ON PAGE 6,.6TH PARAGRAPH, <br />IT BE CHANGED TO READ "THE RIGHT—OF—WAY IS PAID FOR..." <br />THESE CORRECTIONS HAVING BEEN MADE, ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER <br />LOY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF MARCH 24, 1976, AS WRITTEN. <br />.JOE EARMAN OF FLORIDA INLAND NAVIGATION DISTRICT APPEARED ACCOM— <br />PANIED BY MICHAEL SLATON OF THE CORPS OF ENGINEERS. MR. EARMAN SPOKE <br />OF THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY CLEAN—UP CAMPAIGN IN WHICH IT IS PLANNED TO <br />,,REMOVE DEBRIS, SUNKEN VESSELS, ETC., FROM THE WATERWAY. HE STATED THAT <br />•IN ORDER TO OFF—LOAD THE MATERIAL CLEARED FROM THE WATERWAY, THEY NEED <br />TO BE GRANTED A TEMPORARY SPOIL DISPOSAL EASEMENT IN WHICH THE COUNTY <br />WILL ALSO AGREE TO REMOVE THE MATERIAL OFF—LOADED TO A DISPOSAL SITE. <br />71976 <br />
