Within 15 days after the date of this contract, the VWMMr will pay for and deliver to the Buyer evidence of title in the form of an abstract of title prepared by an abstracter licensed to do business in Indian River County, Florida, purporting to be an accurate synopsis, of the instruments affecting the title to that real property recorded in the public records of that county to the date of this contract, showing the title to be conveyed to be ye good and marketable.
