�7/% <br />f CONTRACT FOR SALE <br />1 <br />RICHARD GALE, Individually and as Trustee, <br />the Owners, in consideration of the sum of $ 5, 000.00 received from <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida <br />the Buyer, hereby, on this 7th day of Auril 1976, agrees to <br />sell to the Buyer, and the Buyer hereby agrees to buy from the Owner, for the <br />purchase price of $ 200, 000.0 0 (of which the consideration paid for <br />this contract is a part), the real property in Indian River County, Florida, de- <br />scribed as: <br />•' i <br />i The South one-half of Government Lot 9 less the North 620 <br />feet thereof, and Government Lot 10 less the South 1070.63 <br />feet thereof all in Section 19, Township 32 South, Range <br />40 East and lying East of State Road AlA; also the North 320 <br />feet of the South 1390.63 feet of Government Lot 1, lying <br />West of the East 10.69 acres of said Government Lot 1, <br />Section 20, Township 32 South, Range 40 East, Indian River <br />County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Pebble Beach Develop- <br />ment No. 2 according to a plat filed in Plat Book 7, page83A, <br />Public Records of said Indian River County and running thence <br />N 890 53' 24" E, 421.88 feet along the South boundary of said <br />ti Pebble Beach Development No. 2; Thence, run S. 00 06' 36" E, <br />20.00 feet along said South boundary; Thence, run N 890 53' 24" <br />E, 344.28 feet to the Southeast corner of Pebble Beach. <br />Development No. 2; Thence, South 00 22' 34" E, 320 feet along <br />the West boundary of the East 10.69 acres of said Government <br />Lot 1, Section 20, Township 32 South, Range 40 E; Thence, <br />S 890 53' 24" W, 654.33 feet more or less to the Easterly <br />right-of-way of State Road AlA; Thence, N 170 54' 12" W, <br />357.06 feet more or. less to the Point of Beginning, <br />Containing 5.386 acres more or less. <br />and further agree that: <br />Buyer <br />1. Within 15 days after the date of this contract, the VWMMr <br />will pay for and deliver to the Buyer evidence of title in the form of an abstract <br />of title prepared by an abstracter licensed to do business in Indian River County, <br />Florida, purporting to be an accurate synopsis, of the instruments affecting the <br />title to that real property recorded in the public records of that county to the <br />date of this contract, showing the title to be conveyed to be <br />ye good and marketable. <br />
