TEMPORARY SPOIL DISPOSAL EASEMENT
<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 7th day of April 1976
<br />by and between the COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER, hereinafter referred
<br />to As the Grantor, whose address is: County Courthouse, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida, 32960
<br />and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter referred to as the
<br />Grantee, whose address is: c/o District Engineer, U.S. Army Engineer
<br />District, Jacksonville, P. 0. Box 4970, Jacksonville, Florida, 32201.
<br />WHEREAS, the Grantor is the owner or holder over the land herein-
<br />after described and the Grantee requires the said land for the place-
<br />ment of old piling, decking, and general debris,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
<br />That for and in consideration of the premises and the benefits to
<br />be derived and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby grant, bargain,
<br />sell and convey unto the Grantee, and its assigns, a non-exclusive
<br />Temporary Spoil Disposal Easement, for a period of twelve (12).months
<br />from the.date of this document to the following described land
<br />situated in the County of Indian River, State of Florida, to wit:
<br />A parcel of land in Section 2, Township 32 South, Range
<br />39 East, lying east of a paved road running east from
<br />Winter Beach, Florida and being on the west bank of the
<br />Indian River narrows. Said parcel being shown on the maps
<br />attached hereto and made a part hereof.
<br />for the following purpose:
<br />For the placement of old piling, decking, and general debris
<br />on said land described above that is removed by the Grantee from the
<br />Intracoastal Waterway confined to the Indian River County area from
<br />the North Boundary Line to the South Boundary Line.
