LEWIS FOR A <br />PERMIT TO CARRY A CONCEALED FIREARM. <br />DANA HOWARD OF CARTER ASSOCIATES, INC., APPEARED REPRESENTING <br />ROGER SKILLMAN, AND REQUESTED.TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF WINTER BEACH PARK <br />SUBDIVISION. HE EXPLAINED THAT THIS HAS BEEN BEFORE THE SUBDIVISION RE- <br />VIEW COMMITTEE, AND THEY ARE IN FAVOR OF TENTATIVE APPROVAL BEING GRANTED <br />SUBJECT TO THE EXISTING TREES BEING•PRESERVED WHEREVER POSSIBLE AND A 50' <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY AND AN ADDITIONAL 5' EASEMENT ABUTTING THE EAST AND WEST <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES BEING PERMITTED FROM SOUTH WINTER BEACH ROAD NORTH TO <br />THE INTERSECTION OF THE FIRST EAST AND WEST CUL-DE-SAC STREET. MR HOWARD <br />STATED THAT THESE CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE ACCORDING TO THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS <br />AND WOULD AFFECT THE TIER OF LOTS ON THE SOUTH END. AND MRS. .JOHN DRAGAVON FOR ABANDONMENT OF <br />A PARK AREA IN MELROSE PARK SUBDIVISION, WHICH HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY BROUGHT <br />BEFORE THE BOARD AT THE MEETING OF MARCH 211TH. HE ASKED ATTORNEY COLLINS <br />TO EXPLAIN THE LEGAL PROBLEMS INVOLVED. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS INFORMED THE BOARD THAT IN RESEARCHING THIS <br />MATTER, HE HAD DETERMINED THAT WHILE THE COUNTY HAD ABANDONED A PARK IN <br />1963, THE STATUTORY AUTHORITY AVAILABLE AT THAT TLME HAS SINCE BEEN DE- w. <br />LETED.
