COLLINS, JR., ATTORNEY TO THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; AND VIRGINIA HARGREAVES, DEPUTY CLERK. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCED THE <br />PURPOSE OF THIS MEETING IS TO CONSIDER THE TRANSFER OF THE SOUTHERN GULF <br />UTILITIES WATER AND SEWER FRANCHISE TO TREASURE COAST UTILITIES, INC., <br />AND SIMULTANEOUSLY TO CONSIDER A RATE INCREASE FOR TREASURE COAST UTILITIES, <br />INC., SHOULD THEY BECOME THE NEW FRANCHISE HOLDER OF THIS PARTICULAR AREA. <br />THE HOUR OF 7:30 O'CLOCK P.M.
