WHEREAS, JAMES L. LASTER, SR. has retired effective
<br />March 31, 1976 as Foreman in charge of the Bridge Crews
<br />and as Grading Foreman in charge of the Truck Crews for the
<br />Road and Bridge Department of Indian River County, Florida;
<br />and.
<br />WHEREAS, JAMES L. LASTER, SR. began work with Indian
<br />River County on November 1, 1955 and has been a diligent
<br />and capable employee of Indian River County since that
<br />time; and
<br />WHEREAS, as an example of JAMES L. LASTER, SR.'S
<br />dedication,he has been.away from work due to illness
<br />for only two days since October 1, 1973; and
<br />WHEREAS, JAMES L. LASTER, SR. has a thorough
<br />understanding of the work he performed for Indian River
<br />County and during his time of employment was a very
<br />loyal and conscientious employee;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED THAT the Board
<br />Of County Commisssioners of Indian River County, Florida
<br />hereby express their graditude to JAMES L. LASTER, SR.
<br />for his fine Employment Record and contribution to
<br />Indian River County.
