RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 004 <br />4. The project development order is amended as follows: <br />A. Exhibit "A", as adopted by Resolution 85-128, and amended by subsequent <br />resolutions amending the Grand Harbor DRI, containing the legal description of the Grand <br />Harbor Development of Regional Impact, is repealed and replaced by the revised legal <br />description as shown in Exhibit "A" attached, which is hereby incorporated in the <br />development order. <br />B. Exhibit "B ", as adopted by Resolution 93-88, is hereby repealed and replaced by the <br />updated Master Development Plan as shown in Exhibit "B" attached, which is hereby <br />incorporated into the development order. <br />Exhibits "A" and "B" are attached to and incorporated as a part of this resolution. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED in a public hearing held on this 21st day of January, 2003. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Adams , and the motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Lowther , and, upon being put to vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R.
