BOGOSIAN <br />ATTORNEY AT LAW <br />141t TWENTY-FIRST STREE <br />VERO BEACH, FLORIDA <br />32960 <br />L�. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76- 34 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION IN COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S <br />MINUTE BOOK 6, PAGE 106 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, has on February 3, 1960, adopted a <br />Resolution in County Commissioner's Minute Book 6, Page 106 and <br />recorded in Official Records Book 92, Page 533, Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida, known as the "Ixora Utilities Water <br />and Sewer Franchise", granting a water and sewer franchise to <br />Ixora Utilities, Inc., a Florida Corporation for servicing the <br />following territory: <br />Begin at the Northeast corner of Tract 9, Section 14, <br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, thence run West to <br />the Northwest corner of Tract 12, Section 15; thence <br />run South to the Southwest corner of Tract 13 of Sec- <br />tion 22; thence run East to the Southeast corner of <br />Tract 16, Section 22; thence rum North to the South <br />boundary of the South Relief Canal; thence meander <br />Easterly along the South boundary of the South Relief <br />Canal to a point which intersects with the East boun- <br />dary of Tract 16, Section 14;thence North to the point <br />of beginning; all of the above being located in Town- <br />ship 33 South, Range 39 East, according to the last <br />general plat of Indian River Farms Company, as shown <br />in a plat recorded with the Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />of Indian River County. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, has received a request in writing from <br />Ixora Utilities, Inc., for a water rate increase and a sewer <br />rate increase and <br />WHEREAS, after public notice and public hearing, the <br />Board of County Commissioners finds a water rate increase and <br />a sewer rate increase to be feasible and in the public interest <br />and that Section 14 of the "Ixora Utilities Water and Sewer <br />Franchise" should be amended accordingly, and <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />1. Section 14 of Ixora Utilities, Inc., is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />MONTHLY WATER RATES <br />First 4,500 gallons $6.00 minimum per montl <br />Each additional 1,000 gallons 1.08 per month <br />�a <br />
