FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT EASEMENT <br /> An easement whose sidelines lie 7.50 feet equally on each side of the following described line: <br /> Commence at D.O.T. Baseline Station 241+91.83, marking station 10+00 Baseline "A" as shown <br /> on Sheet GL-7 of the Geometric Layout Plan of North County Park prepared by Brad Smith <br /> Associates and dated August 13, 2001, and run <br /> S 89'42'32" E, along the D.O.T. baseline, a distance of 42.50 feet to a point, it being the <br /> POINT OF BEGINNING of a line marking the centerline of a 15—foot wide Florida Power and Light <br /> easement. Then run <br /> N 0'21 '52" E, parallel with Baseline "A" previously noted, a distance of 167..40 feet to a <br /> point of curve of a 964.50—foot radius curve, concave to the east. Then run <br /> Along the curve, through a central angle of 8'21'01", an arc distance of 140.57 feet to <br /> a point of tangency. Then run <br /> N 8'42'53" E, 42.50 feet distant from, measured normal to, Baseline "A", a distance of <br /> 236.03 feet to a point of curve of a 477.50—foot radius curve, concave to the West. Then run <br /> Along the curve, through a central angle of 20'37'59", an arc distance of 171.95 feet to <br /> a point of compound curve of a curve concave to the southwest. Then run N <br /> Along the curve, through a central angle of 17'04'57", an arc distance of 275.41 feet to 0 <br /> a point of tongency lying 42.50 feet distant from, measured normal to Baseline "A".
